I wasn’t really impressed with the designs on Johnny Bigg. A lot of the shirts and jackets just looked a bit old-fashioned and bulky to me, and the colors were bland. I mean, if you’re shopping for something to wear out, you’d expect a few sharper, more modern options. Most of what I saw felt plain and not really my style.

I ordered from Johnny Bigg and honestly... the delivery was all over the place. The tracking barely moved, then the parcel showed up days later than it was supposed to. I’d bought the clothes for something on the weekend, so by the time they arrived, it was pointless. Customer service wasn’t much help either!! I don’t think I’ll be in a hurry to order from them again.

I bought a pair of jeans from Johnny Bigg and liked them at first, the fit was good and they looked nice. But after just a few washes, the seams started coming apart, which was disappointing. For the price, I was expecting them to last longer. Kind of torn because I liked the style, but the quality didn’t really match what I paid.

I was hoping the big and tall sizes would work better, but uh, the fit is just odd. The tall stuff still barely fits me, which was disappointing.

I just don’t think it’s really worth the money. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the price, I expected a bit more lol.

I was ready to buy, but the prices still felt too high, even with the sale going on. I kept expecting the promos to make more of a difference, but they really didn’t, and some of the deals were kind of confusing too.

By the time I got to checkout, the total was still way higher than I thought it would be. Just felt too pricey, too confusing, and not really worth it for me. I’ll probably shop around next time.

I ordered a shirt that didn’t fit and just wanted to return or exchange it, but somehow even that basic request turned into a whole hassle. The exchange instructions weren’t clear, getting help took forever, and in the end I still ended up paying more than I expected. The clothes themselves are okay, but the return process was so frustrating it makes me not want to order again.

I used my normal shortcut of just ordering my usual size and assuming it would be fine, but that definitely didn’t work here. The fit was way off for me, so I ended up disappointed.

trying to use the site was frustrating. the pages took forever to load, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout froze more than once. i ended up just giving up and not buying anything.

It’s comfy when you first put it on, like no major complaints right away, but after wearing it for a while I did start to notice it getting a bit tight. Not terrible or anything, just one of those things you become aware of the longer you have it on

I was really disappointed with this!!! For what it costs, I expected way better quality, but the fabric started looking worn out quickly!!! Definitely not something I’d buy again!!!

I like their stuff. Looks good. But my size is sold out a lot. Had to keep checking back.

I had to reach out to johnnybigg.com about an issue with my order, and the reply took longer than I thought it would?? They did eventually get back to me and sorted everything out, which I appreciated. I just felt like I was waiting around a bit and had to follow up to get things moving. Not a bad experience overall, but it definitely could’ve been quicker.

I ordered a couple of shirts from johnnybigg.com and the shipping was quicker than I expected, I got the tracking email the next day and then the parcel turned up only a few days after that so it was all easy and there wasn’t any hassle with the order.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is the tracking didn’t really update much while it was on the way so I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going to arrive, but it still came fast and overall I’m happy with how it all went.
